Terms of Service at qwikinsurance.com
Qwikinsurance.com, and the agent/organization/representative listed in the sign up form hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
Qwikinsurance.com agrees that it will: Provide leads to Agent, via email Send completed quote forms for visitors requesting insurance, with information provided by visitor. Not deliver, sell or transfer any lead to no more than 1 insurance professional. Reserve the right to terminate service to the Agent for any reason. Agent agrees that they will: Pay for any and all leads sent by Qwikinsurance.com up front through Paypal, cashier’s check, money order or credit card. Contact each qwikinsurance.com generated lead within 48 hours of receiving the lead (during business days). Never sell any lead from qwikinsurance.com to another person or organization. Use information provided by Qwikinsurance.com for the purpose of providing insurance and insurance related services. Maintain the appropriate licenses to act as an Insurance Agent in the states where they transact business. Carry all errors and omissions coverage and any other mandated licenses and/or liability coverage required by the state for which the agent conducts his/her business.
Agent agrees to the following terms and conditions: Payment Terms - Charges for leads sent by qwikinsurance.com will be billed up front. Agent shall reimburse Qwikinsurance.com for all amounts expended collecting past-due accounts including attorney’s fees, court costs, and other reasonable expenses incurred if it becomes necessary to exert these means to effect collection. Jurisdiction will be appropriated in Illinois and venue proper in the County of Peoria. Agent’s account may be suspended from receiving leads and Agent’s reserved target market may be forfeited if payment is not received twenty one (21) days following the date on which the charge is presented. Past due invoices must be paid in full. Invoice adjustments will not be accepted for payments that are received twenty one (21) days following the date on which the bill was sent. Delinquent Accounts - If an account is more than 60 days past due, Qwikinsurance.com reserves the right to charge the Agent's credit card for the amount past due plus any late fees that have accrued during the period prior to the charge. Qwikinsurance.com reserves the right to suspend any delinquent account without prior notice to the agent.
